The owner, Guy, was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great to deal with. He went above and beyond and was able to fix my cover in a short amount of time, and it works great now. I also love the fact that they are local, and veteran owned. The first time, I was referred to Guy and his son Chris for a spray-in bed liner. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them. They took extra care to coat under the bed brackets (so my truck stays protected even if they’re removed) and even extended the liner up the sides of the tailgate for added durability. Their attention to detail was incredible. Most recently, I had a soft truck bed cap installed (ACI Outlander soft cover), but the wrong kit arrived. Instead of making it a hassle, Guy and Chris jumped into action, getting the exchange processed lightning fast. Despite a slight delay in the replacement’s arrival, they had my new cap perfectly installed in less than 48 hours from the initial mix-up. Their professionalism, dedication, and warm, welcoming attitude are a refreshing reminder of how businesses should operate. I can’t recommend Truck Guy Upfitters enough for all your truck accessory needs—just be sure to bring your checkbook because they have EVERYTHING (and I mean everything!). Yesterday I was having trouble installing my Real Truck MX4 back flip tonneau bed cover on my Ford F150 Lariat. Video how to instructions were not the greatest from the manufacturer. It was 4:45 and I called Truck Guy Upfitters for help. They told me to drive on over to their store and they would help me install the hard parts. Guy (the owner) and his son stayed open after hours to help me with my installation. He refused to take any money for his help. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Guy carries anything you would want to upgrade your truck or jeep. My next purchase will be from the TRUCK GUY UPFITTERS!

They actually did the complete installation of baseplate, electrical, and brake accessories to equip my trailblazer to be towed behind our RV. They were both professional and accommodating to work with and I was very very happy with the installation. I would definitely recommend them.
